The position is based in Port Sudan and reporting to the Team Leader in charge of Travel Management. The Management Services Officer will oversee the day-to-day tasks in the travel unit and providing guidance to the Country Office and Field Office travel focal points.

المهام الرئيسية

• Support preparation of functional annual plans and implementation of policies, procedures, processes, standards, and systems to support WFP’s strategic objectives.
• Implement the timely processing of staff travel requests, TECs and staff entitlement guiding the Central Hub team in line with the established SOP.
• Manage the implementation of internal controls and guidelines in the travel process by all business assistants and travelers
• Provide advice on travel documents, staff entitlements and guiding them as is appropriate on the process and entitlements.
