• Good understanding of social media and capacity to develop professional external engagement/marketing material.
• Ability to systematise knowledge, policies, procedures, and standards and ensure appropriate processes, tools and approaches are developed to ensure compliance.
• Proven ability in building consensus and bringing diverse stakeholders together around a common goal.
