المؤهلات المطلوبة

• Minimum of 10 years in managerial and leadership positions, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility.
• Experience in synthesizing new learnings and developing approaches for change within the organization.
• Strong experience in developing capacity building materials and rolling out new approaches across the organization.
