Funciones principales
- Responsible for general administration, local procurement and day to day admin support to the team
- Coordinate timely collection of bill and vouchers from the field offices
- Coordinate with the field team and provide financial and operational information/ reporting/ other arrangements
- Support training of project staff on project procedures and skilling them in the areas of finance and administration
Perfil buscado
- Expertise in MS excel and MS office
- Experience in handling the finance and admin work with the NGO sector
