Principales missions
- Strategic Direction & Program Delivery
- Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of high-impact community programs aligned with Sadath Foundation’s mandate.
- Establish monitoring, evaluation, and reporting mechanisms to ensure timely project deliverables and evidence-based results.
- Identify humanitarian and development funding priorities and draft project proposals to secure institutional and private funding.
Profil recherché
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Development, Health, Medicine or a related field
- Experience: At least 2 years experience in humanitarian work in Afghanistan or a similar context.
- Skills: Strong leadership, integrity, cross-cultural communication, and donor/government liaison skills.
