Principales missions

• Conduct regular classroom observations to identify teaching gaps and professional development needs.
• Deliver hands-on demonstration classes to model child-centric, interactive pedagogy for primary and high school levels.
• Provide on-the-spot training and mentoring to teachers during school visits to improve daily classroom delivery.
• Organize and facilitate periodic refresher training workshops for school educators.
