Facilitate teacher training workshops for Antahin Abha’s NRich ECCE programme across the assigned district, following an initial training and orientation by team Abha.

Main responsibilities

• Attend a mandatory training and orientation at Abha (maybe 3-5 days)
• Study and develop a thorough understanding of the programme content, training materials and facilitation guidelines.
• Facilitate teacher training workshops across assigned Circles within the District.
• Anchor the workshops, manage participant engagement and represent Antahin Abha confidently.

Profile

• Education: Minimum bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in a school or education setting, with prior facilitation or workshop delivery experience.
• Language: Strong spoken, reading and writing proficiency in Bengali & Hindi, with familiarity with local dialects wherever required.
