Are the courses really free?
Yes. Lessons, scenarios, the final assessment and the certificate are free.
Do I need an account?
Not to follow the lessons. A free Members account is needed to take the final assessment and get the certificate.
How long do I have?
As long as you like. The stated length (2 to 5 days) is one working day per module.
What if I fail the assessment?
You can retake it: 3 attempts every 24 hours. You need 70% correct answers.
