Principales missions
- Deliver training sessions on BFSI modules, including Banking Basics, Insurance Products, Mutual Funds, Financial Literacy, Customer Service and Regulatory Guidelines…
- Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to evaluate trainees' learning outcomes.
- Create an engaging learning environment through interactive training methods.
- Maintain training records, attendance and progress reports.
Profil recherché
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Finance, Commerce or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in BFSI operations or training.
- Certification in BFSI training or NISM modules will be preferred.
