Main responsibilities
- Academic Quality and Classroom Support
- Conduct regular visits to assigned Learning Centres and monitor classroom functioning.
- Observe teaching practices and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
- Support effective implementation of FLN, MGML, activity-based learning, and TLM utilization.
Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education, Social Work, Sociology, Development Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in teacher training, classroom mentoring, educational programme implementation, or academic support.
- Strong understanding of Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN), MGML methodology, activity-based learning, and child-centered pedagogy.
