Main responsibilities

Realizar la descarga, revisión de formatos y correcta impresión de libros contables (Diario, Mayor, Inventarios y Balances, Registro de Compras, Registro de Ventas…
Supervisar y ejecutar la foliación correlativa de las hojas legalizadas o autorizadas.
Revisar la alineación, legibilidad y correspondencia entre los reportes contables del sistema y las hojas impresas.
Organizar, coser, empastar o archivar físicamente los tomos contables de acuerdo con los periodos fiscales y normativas vigentes.
