• Acts as the main point of contact for employees and HR functions, providing guidance on deployment, contractual arrangements, remuneration, benefits, and…
• Coordinates end-to-end deployment activities, from assignment planning and hiring to contractual arrangements, remuneration, benefits, medical clearance, visas, travel…
• Case management, resolution of complex cases, workload distribution, and implementation of projects and process improvements
• Identifies opportunities to enhance processes, ways of working, and team management practices, and supports the implementation of agreed improvements.
