Funciones principales
- Health and Nutrition Data Collection
- Assist in community health assessments to identify priority health and nutrition needs.
- Identify individuals requiring medical or nutrition services and facilitate referrals to appropriate health facilities.
- Follow up with referred cases when required to ensure access to services.
Perfil buscado
- Diploma degree in Public Health, Community Health, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 yr of experience in community-based health or nutrition programming.
- Familiarity with community health education methods and behavior change communication approaches
