- Site committee: 15 members, 13 of them men, all from the same community group; no elections since the site opened.
- Complaints register for the month: 112 complaints, of which 47 report that committee members demand a "contribution" to put new arrivals on distribution lists, and 3 report demands for sexual favours by a committee member.
- The local administration asks for registration of new arrivals to be stopped "so as not to create a pull factor".

Mark each answer honestly against the panel's grid: the total is calculated automatically.
Common mistakes that cost marks
- Calculating the ratios using the registered population only.
- Proposing to build 59 latrines without seeing the 62 latrines to be repaired.
- Confusing the role of the camp management agency with that of the camp administration.
- Treating the sexual favours complaints as ordinary governance complaints.
- Agreeing to stop registration without advocacy or escalation.
