Common mistakes that cost marks
- Recording the 60,000 receipt as an expense because "the money has gone out".
- Recording the driver's advance as a mission expense.
- Making the 15,000 surplus disappear by offsetting the difference.
- Posting entries for unpresented cheques.
- Looking at PV-216 and PV-217 separately without detecting the splitting.
- Accusing the trainer by name before any verification.
