Common mistakes that cost marks
- Treating case no. 10 as an ordinary register incident.
- Concluding there was a decrease in September on the basis of 5 incidents.
- Conducting an in-depth interview yourself or contacting the agent concerned.
- Sharing a list of names, even "to help".
- Mentioning in a working group report details that could identify a survivor.
