- 25 community volunteers identify and refer cases; the same volunteers hand over the money in cash, in an envelope, at the person's home, against a signed receipt.
- The list of cases (name, nationality, address, protection reason, amount) is shared in a messaging group with the volunteers and two representatives of the landlords' association, "to negotiate rents".
- 9 volunteers recruited since June have not signed the code of conduct.
- A community mobiliser reports a rumour: a volunteer is said to be asking for USD 20 to register families, and a woman is said to have been invited to "come to his place in the evening" to speed up her file.

Mark each answer honestly against the panel's grid: the total is calculated automatically.
Common mistakes that cost marks
- Rejecting C04 or C09 because of a low score when imminent risk makes them eligible.
- Granting USD 660 to C07 above the ceiling, or funding C08 without an exception.
- Paying USD 190 to C06 to use up the budget even though the operation is not possible.
- Failing to see that the list shared with landlords breaches confidentiality.
- Investigating the volunteer yourself or confronting him.
