Documents provided
"Since the attacks of 9/10 on several villages in Barsalogho, people have been arriving every day in Kaya and Pissila. Families are in the schools of sector 5 and on the Bonsin site. In Bonsin: 2 functioning boreholes, we measured about 7 litres per person per day, 18 functioning latrines. The Bonsin health centre (CSPS) has seen 24 cases of diarrhoea in children under 5 in 3 days. 37 unaccompanied or separated children identified. We have distributed 300 essential household item kits. A food distribution by a partner is planned for 20/10. The Kaya-Barsalogho road is only passable under escort. The Pissila committee says 2,100 people, I have not checked. The mayor wants tents."

Common mistakes that cost marks
- Adding up all the rows and announcing 8,176 people.
- Using the figure of 2,100 people without reservation.
- Writing a narrative instead of a report structured by sector.
- Omitting the cut-off date of the figures and the sources.
- Naming an armed group in a public document.
