Documents provided

- Mulolo site manager (by phone, 10 a.m.): "about 600 new families" have arrived.
- Registration team (5 p.m.): 412 households registered on the two sites, i.e. 2,060 people (see document 2).
- Nurse at the Mulolo health post (2 p.m.): 23 cases of acute watery diarrhoea in 48 hours, including 2 deaths. Samples not yet sent to the laboratory.

Mark each answer honestly against the panel's grid: the total is calculated automatically.
Common mistakes that cost marks
- Reporting "600 families" or "10 cholera deaths" as facts.
- Adding the 8,000 L of trucking without seeing that it goes to the lower-priority site.
- Giving only an overall average that hides the situation in Mulolo.
- Writing a long narrative report, without figures or dated actions.
- Greatly exceeding the word limit.
