Documents provided
Woman aged 24, displaced, with a 2-year-old daughter. She lives with her husband's family; he has been absent for 3 months. She reports sexual violence by an unknown armed man on Sunday 11 October at around 18:00, while going to collect firewood. She has not seen any health worker. She is afraid of being rejected if her in-laws find out. She has no personal phone and no money for transport.
After being informed of her options: she accepts medical care and psychosocial support; she refuses for now to file a complaint; she agrees that her first name be shared with the health service only.
