Common mistakes that cost marks
- Taking the recorded balance of 222 without recalculating the card.
- Counting the return of 25 kits as consumption in the AMC.
- Choosing bid A because it is the cheapest, without seeing the non-compliance or the transport cost.
- Asking supplier C for the missing document after bid opening.
- Writing off the 7 kits without investigation or approval.
