Organisation's procedure: sensitive feedback (sexual exploitation and abuse, fraud or corruption, misconduct by staff, contractors or volunteers) is referred within 24 hours to the designated focal point and appears in the shared register only under a code, without details. Response time for non-sensitive feedback: 7 days.

Mark each answer honestly against the panel's grid: the total is calculated automatically.
Common mistakes that cost marks
- Counting cereals and tubers separately instead of grouping them and capping at 7 days.
- Calculating household E's FCS with 9 days of vegetables without flagging the error.
- Copying the name of the woman in F05 into the register or the message.
- Including sensitive feedback in the calculation of the 7-day deadline.
- Considering F03 settled because the head guard was informed.
