Common mistakes that cost marks
- Calculating the number of trips on the basis of 10 t instead of 8 t in the rainy season.
- Forgetting that the rotation to Gok Machar exceeds the authorised day and requires an overnight stay.
- Choosing the cheapest transporter without checking that it has enough trucks to meet the schedule.
- Comparing rates without adding the fuel paid by the agency for Bravo.
- Accusing the driver of V2 without a mechanical check or a procedure.
