AWD: acute watery diarrhoea (suspected cholera cases). Data entry remark: for HC Palmiste-Haut, all the week 36 cells are identical to those of week 35.
- AWD: alert if a health facility reports 5 or more cases in the week, OR if its cases double or more compared with the previous week (with at least 3 cases), OR in the event of any death from AWD.
- Measles: every suspected case is notified immediately (within 24 hours) to the departmental surveillance team, with sample collection and investigation.
- Completeness: reports received / reports expected; timeliness: reports received before the deadline / reports expected. Target: 80% for each.
- Cholera case management target: case fatality rate below 1%.

Mark each answer honestly against the panel's grid: the total is calculated automatically.
Common mistakes that cost marks
- Calculating completeness or timeliness on the 7 reports received instead of the 8 expected.
- Counting the missing Fond-Rouge report as zero cases.
- Calculating an overall positivity rate that includes Belle-Rive's impossible data.
- Waiting until the end of the compilation to pass on the alerts.
- Dismissing the Palmiste-Haut alert instead of passing it on with a note that it is being checked.
