- Average monthly consumption (AMC): average of the last three months (adjusted consumption), rounded up to the next whole number.
- Available stock: stock counted minus expired or damaged products.
- Reorder point (minimum stock) = 2 x AMC. Maximum stock = 4 x AMC.

Mark each answer honestly against the panel's grid: the total is calculated automatically.
Common mistakes that cost marks
- Not adjusting ORS consumption for the 10 days of stock-out.
- Counting the expired zinc batch in the available stock.
- Forgetting to deduct the amoxicillin order in progress.
- Considering that a temperature of -1 °C is not serious because it is "cold".
- Changing the thermostat to compensate for a temperature excursion.
