Common mistakes that cost marks
- Charging 100% of the coordinator's salary instead of 20%.
- Recording the advance to the supplier as an expense.
- Reclassifying the laptop to another project line without the donor's approval.
- Accepting the December invoice because it was paid in June.
- Calculating the burn rate without comparing it with the time elapsed.
