Access: Mbrès and Ouandago are accessible by road with an escort every other week; Nana-Outa has been accessible only by motorbike for 2 months. The food pipeline of a large organisation had a 6-week break this quarter.
"Started 10:20 (scheduled 9:00). Present: 14 organisations, authorities absent. Alpha and Beta both say they distribute at Évêché, long discussion, no conclusion. Health: Ouandago mobile clinic stopped for 5 weeks, no more funding, someone needs to look into it. Protection: reports of abductions on the Mbrès road, to be verified. Water: Mbrès borehole broken down, NGO Gamma thinks it can repair it "soon". There should be an assessment in Nana-Outa, nobody has the means, maybe by motorbike. Next meeting: we'll see. The sub-prefect wants to be invited. Someone said the mission is coming."
Director of NGO Alpha: "Beta is distributing on our lists at Évêché. We were there first. Please ask them to leave."
Representative of a large organisation: "For the note to the mission, please do not mention the break in our pipeline; it has been resolved and it could harm our funding."
Representative of a donor (privately): "Can you tell me which NGOs are the worst performers? We are preparing our allocations."

Mark each answer honestly against the panel's grid: the total is calculated automatically.
Common mistakes that cost marks
- Adding up the figures of two organisations without noticing that they exceed the needs.
- Judging gaps on coverage rate alone without considering severity and access.
- Copying out the raw notes instead of producing actions with a person responsible and a deadline.
- Leaving out the pipeline break at an organisation's request, or conversely blaming it by name.
- Ranking NGOs at a donor's request.
- Exceeding the word limit of the briefing note.
