Post-distribution monitoring of instalment 1 (n = 280): 88% of households report having received the full amount; main expenditure: food 61%, debt repayment 14%, health 11%, schooling 9%, other 5%; 7% report having paid withdrawal fees to the agent.
"The project is a great success. All 1,200 households received both instalments and are all very satisfied. Thanks to the project, malnutrition has fallen by 50% in the commune. All the water tanks have been rehabilitated. The delay in instalment 2 is due to the donor, which transferred the funds late. Mrs Roseline P., 34, a widow who lives in Fond-Rouge with her five children, one of whom has a disability, told us that without us she would have died (photo of her sick daughter attached). We distributed 2,254 instalments and trained committees. No major difficulties."
- Instalment 1: 36 households not paid (21 SIM card or identity document problems, 15 households that have left the area).
- Instalment 2: 110 households not paid, i.e. the 36 from instalment 1 and 74 households in Corail, where the agent's payment point remained closed for 9 days for lack of cash (supply from Port-au-Prince disrupted by insecurity on the road). Catch-up payment planned for next week.
- The donor's funds arrived on the scheduled date (confirmed by the finance department).
- Committees: 3 training sessions postponed (rain, Corail-Pestel road cut off); women are rarely available in the morning, the next sessions are held in the afternoon.
- Withdrawal fees: the Corail agent was charging HTG 150 per withdrawal; his contract has been suspended and the households concerned are being reimbursed.
- The project does not collect any nutrition data.
Donor template: 1. Summary (150 words); 2. Progress by outcome; 3. Challenges and measures taken; 4. Accountability to affected populations; 5. Changes requested.

Mark each answer honestly against the panel's grid: the total is calculated automatically.
Common mistakes that cost marks
- Using the figures from the draft without checking them against the progress table.
- Calculating the rates only against the annual target or only against the month 6 target.
- Keeping the claim about the fall in malnutrition.
- Attributing the delay to the donor when the field notes say the opposite.
- Keeping quiet about the withdrawal fees charged by the agent.
- Keeping the named testimony and the photo of the child.
